  1. Refund Process

Once your returned item has passed our inspection, we will proceed with the refund process after receiving and verifying the condition of the merchandise.

Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment account used for the purchase.
Please note that banks or payment platforms may impose additional processing delays (which are beyond our control).

Returns due to product quality issues: We will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the item, incorrect size, etc.): The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
